Liberty Steakhouse Myrtle Beach, SC
Greet guests at the door and thank them as they leave. Provide guests with menus. Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs. Take reservations, type daily specials, answer phone calls and take to-go orders. Generally in charge of the register. This would include cash and credit card transactions for to-go orders. The hostess may assist the Wait Staff with various tasks. Responsible for taking names and quoting wait times during busy hours.
Requirements
Must be able to communicate well with the service and culinary staff. Must be hospitable and able to work in a fast paced and fun environment. Must be competent with computerized register systems necessary for taking food orders. Must have good cash handling skills. Professional and polite telephone etiquette, well organized and able to work well under pressure.
